Hello everyone and thanks for allowing us to share our huge success with you. We were nominated as finalists in 2 categories which were High Technology and Innovation and Small Business under 5 employees.

High Technology and Innovation

This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself for innovation that results in improved efficiency or effectiveness of new products, processes or technologies. Design, technical development and updating will all be considered. The product, process, or technology must be on the market.

Small Business under 5 employees

This award shall be presented to a company of 5 employees or less or a self-employed worker that distinguishes itself, himself or herself by a significant progress of the company during the last year. This progress can be in the development of a specific project or related to the overall activities of the business.

An independent jury was named for each category, and was responsible for site visits, interviews with the finalists and for choosing the winner. The criteria was fairly strict, and consisted of a specific initiative in the following areas: revenue growth, job creations, realized investments, market share, new product, new process, customer service, innovative marketing, exceptional contract, etc.

Ya know, when you’re constantly heads down trying to make things “GO” as they say, we easily forget the contributions or successes you’re actually making in other people’s lives or company. These little success clues all add up, and when all of a sudden you get chosen to be a finalist and a winner by the West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce who has over 900 members, you really sit back in AWW reflecting on how much you really did work hard to get here.

We came very close to winning the High Technology and Innovation, but congratulations to TPP Energy Solutions Inc. who make Piezoelectric Nano products for thermal combustion engines.

This Accolades award could not have been possible without the help and guidance of family, friends, partners, and advisors sticking with us. This is really OUR trophy !!
